Our advanced programs provide a greater depth of Tai Chi Chuan fundamentals and advanced Qigong forms. We offer specialized senior programs with an emphasis on balance, strength, and wellness. Our stress management training program is geared for individuals, health professionals, and corporations. In addition to our scheduled classes, Pennridge Tai Chi hosts workshops and seminars on related martial and healing arts.
